Try and find out when we can expect an answer for a start, and where they are with reviewing the case. Things journalists should be able to do, or used to. Heaven forbid he should have do to some proper investigative journalism.

He was clearly told to expect something early last week and said as much. People then lambast him because we haven't heard anything. Maybe there's been a delay that hasn't been revealed to him, but he's presumably still trying to find out what's going on. Does it really matter if we find out today or tomorrow though? The entitlement from some to have all the information right away as if it makes a jot of difference is a bit weird, and bashing a journo for offering a time frame and then not offering a time frame is equally weird.
