I'm sure I've been wrong and I'm sure I've been right.

I think there's something dysfunctional about the middle of the park. He hasnt had Browne or Samed to call upon for long stretches, Rigg too has been injured. Aleksic deemed not ready.

It means Neil and Jobe are tiring, I'd like to think this break will do them good.

I also wonder about the dynamism of the midfield with Jobe, Rigg and Neil. Its not explosive enough or quick enough at times.

haway lads, we are all upset after recent performances but it aint ower till it's ower...plenty of points still to grab (or loss, i guess) and personally i am hoping RLB can get that fire back into them that they had when starting the season and while i know it is not easy, the fans getting behind them at home just like they do away could make a huge difference now.

Absolutely ****e. Coventry better all over the park and especially on the touchline. Regis Le Bore strikes again
I take it you’ve stricken off alll the good work done so far with this negative outburst

We were utter ****e and got hammered by a much better team on the day.

That has happened to just about every team over the four divisions this season (well, maybe not Liverpool).

To lose one game by more than one goal over a season is not meltdown time. No need to hang the manager and drop every single player.

It's up to RLB now to turn things around and get us going into the play-offs on form.

I went mental when I realised
Mam’s are great aren’t they, mine gave away all my comic collections when I left home because they were cluttering up the cupboard, Spider-Man was almost a complete collection and also the original Superboy and Supergirl comics and to top it off she threw out a original World War Two flying jacket I never hardly had off my back. Someone will find her under the patio one day <laugh><laugh>

My issue is, we are in a better place than we have been for 7 years.
We as a club knew we needed to go in a new direction, but we SEEM to have done it half arsed.
If you own a club like ours, these opportunities only come round one in a decade, we could have bought better I agree some of our young talent is exciting. But we needed a lot more experience.
We could argue this for weeks, and still not be satisfied. So goodnight.
Na that’s a fair balanced reply bob, agree that we need a few more ready players. They say it’s the model, this year wil be the proof in the pudding for me because no doubt a couple of them will leave for big money and see how they invest it. I think they have shown signs of more ambition

I can't listen to him anymore. I find him excruciatingly dull tbh and watching him standing there on the sidelines with his arms folded saying nothing concerns me. He's done a fine job up to now but football isn't always about 'connections' or developing or any of the buzzwords he uses but about getting stuck in and showing some character. I don't know the guy and he might be completely different behind scenes but the team is starting to mirror him. Boring

Would have been much better if he was all smiling and saying if it hadnt been for the 3 goals it would have been a closer game.

I just don't understand what happened to the team from the start of the season. It looks like we aren't even trying to do what worked so well for us. It's weird.

He's the best manager we have had for a very long time.

How do you know he was 5th choice? Who were the other 4 real candidates that were actually in the running and now just rumours started by media or fans?

that was a fan thing to say he was 5th choice as he wasn’t who they wanted so created that narrative. To force an agenda against KS/KLD. As some don’t like them and when results like this happen use it to try and make so futile point.

but as said else where in this thread, they are nowhere to be seen when we win.
i don’t think he was 5th choice but i dont think he was first choice.
we have gone down hill since the new assistant coach came in. RLB another yes man to Speakman. RLB gone by next Christmas

Here come the yes man posts again :emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm
