Agree wirh your comment about Ballard, Wright gave Mepham and Onien a hell of a time at the SOL before he went of injured. I would like to see Ballard up against him.
I think there are fundamental differences how people react to bad results and it can lead to conflict on here. We all want the side to do better so please think of that when not seeing eye to eye.
How do you know he was 5th choice? Who were the other 4 real candidates that were actually in the running and now just rumours started by media or fans? that was a fan thing to say he was 5th choice as he wasn’t who they wanted so created that narrative. To force an agenda against KS/KLD. As some don’t like them and when results like this happen use it to try and make so futile point. but as said else where in this thread, they are nowhere to be seen when we win.
I'm not so sure about that tbh, there are some who seem to have a real grudge about the club and can't wait to attack it.

I think the way we started raised expectations when really we were never going to keep up with the pace of the likes of Leeds. I just hope we can build momentum with some convincing wins starting in 2 weeks time against our old mate Alex Neil.

Sorry but if you can big these lads up to be some of the best of the league and claim this club is the best in the league for reasons X,Y and Z then it absolutely is. We should be beating teams like Cardiff and Hull at home. We were battling for automatic promotion until a few weeks ago and they’re battling relegation, if that’s not a routine win then these fans can’t think we are as good as they claim we are on here.
God forbid I would believe we are the best team in the league and defend the players. Better that than picking every misplaced pass, every mistake and going on about it. Let's not forget our current keeper is now fat, can't control his box and at home games is actually jeered by the home fans Brilliant suport
