Use to love deadline day back when I was in secondary school. The morning of deadline day the news would break pretty early on who we were after and it would usually be new names that hadn’t been mentioned earlier in the window (Danny rose was one iirc). I still believe there’ll be a first team ready player signed tomorrow

Everything is now in the media. Nothing was new to anyone on here. Would back up, to an extent, what others have said. 24hrs on though it is all change I bet. For the record, I am not a big ITK so dont ask or expect.
Ah don’t worry mate I was just teasing

Never ever understood the whole the talks remain open and they remain at the table shtick.

Surely all that's left to do is for Brighton to suggest higher and higher numbers until one becomes acceptable.

What the **** are they talking about other than that?

yeh it’s just code for “Brighton are expected to bid again”. No idea why they don’t just say that!!!

Probably how they can structure a deal with the most ridiculous clauses to “add value” instead of just giving us cash up front and a sell on fee

Literally ‘will you take this’ ‘no’ ‘well what about this’

Just look at that scenario on STID with Donald trying to sign Grigg! Honestly, I think some of our fanbase would prefer that approach!
Whatever it is I'm exactly the same! Know **** all and never will!

In response to your post about people not being patient enough for this model, it baffles me when anyone complains about the way the club is doing things these days. Everything is professionally handled and with a plan. To point we are no longer a joke in the media, other clubs don't see us as a basket case or an easy touch in the transfer market (buying or selling), players don't see us as a retirement home/easy street/piss up!

On top of all that it's the most exciting things have been ever. As could as Reid and Keane years were they were never built on solid foundation like this! And these seems to have huge potential

Seen so many on social media slagging the club for not going for Iheanacho, saying he would be 1st choice for us and we lack ambition because we didn't sign him - despite both our strikers this season scoring/assisting more than he did last season

I honestly think he’s had a massively underwhelming career.

:emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm Honestly Ashley Fletcher could sign for West Brom and some would lose their mind, really don’t blame those who’ve ****ed social media off all together

I've never watched it mate. I couldn't, I saw a few clips and just couldn't bring myself to watch it I was ****ing cringing too much!

One of the clips was the run out music, which was bad enough Salmon strides being a middle aged raver wannabe was bad enough. But then ya have the young lad slating "dance of the knights" saying its boring. I assume that lad isn't from the area and not a lads fan so doesn't get it. The other three seem to disagree and are even embarrassed by him but are too weak to challenge him on it.

So basically that clip put me off watching it!

Keep seeing people talking about us needing an experienced striker? Why? No experienced striker will want to come and sit on the bench! Danns sounds like a decent option to me, not that I've seen anything of him.
