problem with twitter is nobody has an opinion - they all have their own version of fact and truth. And they can’t understand why anybody would have a different view. Worse than that, they think everyone else is wrong or bad if they do.
Agree fully mate, grown adults as well man, and what some are saying about Tommy Watson, who whatever his motives are is an 18 year old lad after all is appalling

I’ve took note of what you said the other day and deleted some of my apps, kept X until after the window is shut if course :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Think I'd read that they don't think they'll go that high this window and we want him until this summer.

We'd be mad to sell Hume now, even if we had a replacement lined up.

We don't know what league we're going to be in next season, so need the replacement to be conducive to which league we are in and need time to assess how much the injury has taken out of Huggins, between now and the summer. Also, if the replacement doesn't settle or isn't a good fit, we don't have a suitable RB to replace him with.

Look at our options again in June and leave Hume where he is.

yeah 100%

Why deleting Twitter was the best thing I’ve done

only been a week for me. I was addicted to it. And I don’t mean that term loosely. Seriously, genuinely addicted. I used to just aimlessly refresh looking for a dopamine hit.

first two days were difficult but in the 5 days since I’ve not missed it one bit. Already feel more present and human. I know that sounds proper deep but it’s how it feels

I still have twitter but it's on private and I follow very few people and try to stay well clear of the SAFC hashtag, every other social media is gone. This place does the job for me.

my MH has improved massively.

you don’t realise how toxic it is until you step away

As things stand the first team squad is worth twice, perhaps thrice, what KLD paid for the entire club including the Samson & Delilah costumes ...

... and some people, on social media, still claim he's milking the club or using his mam's money.

Surely there's a point when they give in, accept reality and drop the grudges.

Life would be so much nicer for them, all that angst and tension can't be good for a person.

Thankfully, some of them, and I include myself in that, have already accepted that Speakman and his team have done a great job. I wasn't happy with him last season and with good reason. He's proved me and others wrong. I've never doubted the owner mind.
Unfortunately, accepting reality won't happen with a lot of them mate, because they were so adamant that they were right in the first place that they can't get themselves to admit they were wrong.

Got rid of all my social media accounts about seven or eight years ago now. Only thing I go into now is here, news sites and watch the odd video short on YouTube about huskies being daft and the official SAFC videos. Only my opinion of course but I’m convinced that social media actually makes some people more stupid.

re: tw@tter etc...

i once had a look at tw@tter when it first came out but figured it was simply a dumping ground for people with zero social skills to say things they would never dare say face to face, facebook i stick with purely for family...there also seems to be a lot of stuff i would call prostitution from mainly females that appear to have lost/never had any self respect, when i heard that 'jordan' makes money from that 'only fans' i figured enough is enough.

social media is a major problem in many cases i'm afraid despite the good stuff that is available.
