Nice. Do thrusters on one of my lower body days but for reps rather than serious weight but would like to get into the powerlifting once I’m back to bulking. I think once I start I’d get really into it.
Tbh I was pushed for time so just bashed out a few sets of low reps and then some abs. It was also incredibly busy this morning so I just improvised and owned a spot.

Mozzarella, Austrian smoked, already had a block of Parmesan and good old chedder... I believe I had some with chilli in.

Yeah if we’re going to bring back capital punishment I’d rather we didn’t use actual Auschwitz for it if it’s all the same to you.
