Couldn’t we just be brace and recall and play Young?

    Didn’t do Pickford any harm.

Wigan lad is a hot link a few times and he’s rated.

Aye of put that blondy on the bench. Needs to sort out his attitude too. Third or fourth game in a row he has pissed off down the tunnel on his lonesome

    All about opinions i suppose

I was probably harsh saying zero creativity but I would say little

Roberts is such a frustrating player and we need to upgrade on him if we are to kick on. I get so annoyed with his lack of movement and his poor decision making when watching him

Let's see what this week brings in terms of recruitment

    He's a good GK

I don't mind Patterson at the minute, he was very good against Derby. However, he hasn't kicked on like we all hoped he would

Gan for the lad at stoke, always been a very good keeper when I've seen them, I don't dislike PATTO but as others have said he's never kicked on and I think we need to upgrade as I think we are outgrowing him

Frustrates the life out of me, there’s times he comes and clears his box and it looks like he’s finally turned a corner then we get games like yesterday, not even sure we can put it down to being a young keeper anymore he’s been number 1 for 3 and a half seasons now he’s not a bairn, not even going to mention his kicking it’s been done to death

Absolutely this, he’s regressed if anything.

when you’re a keeper with that much experience it should tell, not been terrified to command your box and be stuck to your line.

Ukrainian striker Nazariy Rusyn joins Hajduk on loan from Sunderland with an option to buy for €2.5 million.

(We paid €3mill which is £2.5mill if Hajduk buy him for €2.5mill which is £2.1mill not much of a loss)

I don’t think he’s terrible by any stretch mind, my earlier post probably reads like I do, I just think he’s a championship goalkeeper and to kick on you need better, who that is I don’t know tbh hopefully young next year? Hell of a lot of pressure to put on him though

I think Young can handle it, he’s done exceptionally well at Salford this season.

Patterson is a very very good shot stopper. That’s it.

Hope so mate lots of people in the game raving about him and there’s a reason city have serious interest

agree on Patto that save at 1-1 was phenomenal, he was a mess for both goals though, he wasn’t the only one at fault though

Nah he wasn’t solely to blame, Mepham and O9 were so so poor defensively. We’re so naive at times it’s infuriating.

we should be playing keep ball yet we’re still trying fancy flicks or trying to nutmeg players or trying the ultimate Hollywood pass.

You could see what was going to happen about 15 mins before it did.

To be fair to Patto, he made one hell of a save tipping that one onto the post.

As I said mate, he is a very very good shot stopper, no denying that but the rest of his game is very poor

Roberts has clearly lost whatever pace he had but he's still a fantastic technician. You mentioned decision making and I think with a lack of pace that's crucial. He needs to pick up the ball in the final third. At the moment he's in the habit of drifting towards Hume to play triangles with the CM to retain possession. When Hume gets the ball his first few steps have to be towards goal, even just to open up some space so he can go short.

We do it in the wrong areas, it's ok in their half but I wince whenever a defender throws in a cruyff turn <laugh>
