I know it's been very quiet on the lad, not a snippet but Ferguson from Brighton is who I'm hoping for. The lad has had injure 's but when he is fit, he is now, he is exactly the type of forward we need.
No chance unfortunately mate

Some might say it shows how far we have come. I would say he was part of our journey, and a decent part too.

Lads like him are always welcome at our club. That is because they give us everything and have no selfishness about their game. He brought a bit of leadership to a team that lacked it at times. Good luck Winny lad.

He's a cracking pro that lad. Hope it all goes well for him.

I seem to be seeing an uptick in moaners about our recruitment again on twitter and other places, did people not learn the first time when Clarke looked average first L1 season then was class the next season, or when Mundle was written off as awful and has been unreal for us this season. The hissy fit i'm seeing purely because we are linked with a player they haven't heard of is unreal. You'd think they'd have learned by now

I've a suspicion they may just be stupid, disingenuous or both <laugh>

Interesting...

I've never been more relaxed or content with our recruitment tbh, it's fine by me.

When people were crying out for Simms and Kieffer Moore but asking to send Amad back you'd think they'd be a bit shy.

But, as you say, there's no learning process because it's not their money they want to see being flung around.

You would mate. Enzo has only been here a week and is a massive upgrade on anything we thought was possible even in the week he was linked.

Most fair minded supporters are pleased with Le Fee joining whilst recognising that we still have areas to address this month. It was telling that RLB was so keen to stress that it was more important that we brought the right players in over the full January window timescale rather than just signing players early and I think he's right.

Yes we need the gaps filling asap but this team and those doing the recruitment need to be given the time to do things properly.

We've made a superb signing in Le Fee, lets hold our nerve and see what else we do.

As important as the signings are, we should have enough from those already here to take care of Derby and Plymouth.

Yeah agreed, there isn't a rush per se but would be nice for them to come in and settle sooner.

Of course

put like Isidor is never gonna make many progressive passes etc

Yeah I mean that wasn't exactly the focus, but I get the point in regards to play styles and what is needed from a striker - but I would like Isidor to get more involved sometimes in possession.

I think the main thing was I'm curious that we would be willing to go to 15m for Frigan (who I still like) when there is I would imagine a similar/cheaper option in Ivanovic.
