No there wasn't any "iffy" singing. You can rest assured mate if there was it would have been front page news for today and about 3 more weeks to come. Nice to know you were looking to create some though. Top ****er

Cunning, innocent question with an innocent answer. It was clearly a good game played in difficult circumstances. Respect to all those who were there, including the 'Wall fans.

From what ive heard mate Michael Brown shouldnt have been on the pitch... Not just because he's a **** footballer but because he clatted Barron twice without reproach. Nice to see Becchio doing his usual. Kicking lumps out of everyone then bursting into tears when he gets a shove. Argie ****. The first goal was not a free kick You were the dirty team mate not us. Congrats on the win though speedo would be proud.

    Mate

The first goal came from the most blatent foul ever on Adam Clayton!

Your defence dealt with Becchio very well and he didn't get anything from the ref but you struggled with Sam n Snoddy who ripped you to bits

Brown didn't concede one foul all his challenges where strong but got the ball!

Id be very worried if I where you because you are the worst team that have been to elland road mustve been a bad day.

To be honest with ya knobbo i know this will be a wholly unpopular opinion but i think pre match tributes wreaths and everything are an unfair distraction on two teams about to play each other. It gave you lot something really big to play for, and i bet at least one Millwall player didn't want to batter you into the ground as much as we normally do because the day was "bigger than football" it was almost like you deserved to win because one of your ex players died. If fans felt it I'm sure players did. Normally pre match talks are "come on, lets go and smash these ****s into the ground" but I bet they weren't on Saturday. I think the grieving process should take place in private away from matches. Except for the fans. Also, strongly disagree with "tweeting" about grief or "liking" somebody's message about their grandad passing away 10 years ago today and all that.
Controversial I know but i think right.

I do know what you mean mate yes,

Have you seen the tackle on Adam Clayton which resulted in the Snoddy freekick?

I think the distractions can't have been nice for your players n we had the same situation against Burnley other week.

I do feel sorry for Jackett who I think is a great manager and a nice bloke but he just isn't getting backing and he will do well to keep you away from relegation with the signings hes been limited to.

Yeah mate, Clayton's clever he's knocked the ball round robbo and ran into him Roboo's put his hands up and looked away. Brown should have been off for the 2 footed lunge on Barron. January I think will be the time you'll see a marked improvement. Berylson is not scared to spend a few quid. Mark my words, we wount be relegated.

With a manager like that you shouldnt be looking at just staying up!!!

Grayson, Jackett deserve to be in the premiership they have worked wonders with limited budgets

Cunning, I get your bit about the day affecting your players as well as ours. Not sure we'll see quite the like again for a while. It was more the suddenness of it all that has gripped everyone, as well as the manner of his passing. As I say & fortunately, I don't think we'll see something like this again for quite a while. Hope not anyway, as much for the surviving families as anything else. Moving on.

I think you'll stay up & move away from relegation. Your home games & your crowd are still worth a few points to you.

True, but also let's not forget we don't know the entire story yet. For a man, manager of his country, glittering career, loved and respected by all in the football world, wife and kids, plenty of money to suddenly hang himself, after seeming fine hours earlier on TV, is absurd. We could all be mourning someone who has done something so terrible the best thing he could do was kill himself. I sincerely hope not. My heart says no but my head can't make sense of it.

Fair point Cunning. I actually hope that we never find out, as the alternative might just be too much!! Can we leave it at that for now? Best to start looking forward to the return fixture in a few weeks. No danger of me going unfortunately. As I wander through Catfor, Lewisham & into deepest darkest Deptford, don't think I'll be too popular... in my bright yellow Leeds shirt.

Have you never heard of depression? One of the biggest dangers of depression is that the person suffering can make themselves seem perfectly fine and happy on the surface.

from experience, people with depression feel ashamed to admit it because they don't feel it's a big problem and that they are just weak for letting their feelings control their life.

I personally think Gary Speed was gay, but that's only my opinion.

Did anyone watch the Everton game yesterday?

Gary Speed's Dad was in the centre circle for the minutes applause - tears were streaming down his face - that picture alone will stay with me for a very long time <ok>
