not surprising result considering the occasion at the begining ,was only going to be one winner, sounds like we just went through the motions, good to see football fans unite and pay their respects.

Very true m8,for us was all about giving Garry a tribute send off. From the moment Kenny Jacket laid the wreath in front of the south stand was applauded by Leeds fans and applauded us back. The mans a class act, sometimes (not very often) things are more important than football.Spent the day with Ringo lion, what a nice guy he was.Still not met a wall fan I didn't like.whats wrong with you lot.<laugh>
Millwall did fight and on another day might have got something, but today was never going to be their day.Looking forward to march, good luck in between.

A lot of that had to do with that Gary Speed was a friend of Kenny Jacketts.

Little tip for u weeds mugs millwall 1-0 win 0-0 half time and mr batt will come off the bench and score the winner. Mr batts last game and goal came in our 2-0 destruction of u lot in L1 at that asbestos infested dump u call a ground.
Anyways good luck ur gona need it today

Pardon.

Ellandback, now i have been named Deputy Spelling Policeman,i must say your display of grammar and spelling was absolutely shocking and a report will be sent to the Boss.Expect a visit to Leeds Crown Court to justify your totally ****e performance, being a Southerner is not an excuse, don`t forget i lived in Magazine Lane,Marchwood, your Batman future could be in tatters! You are Leeds dammit, don`t stoop to Leicester standards, rant over :-)

"for gary speed stand up" was what choked me up. To see all 27,000 on there feet in memory of one of the greatest guys in football was something very special. How fitting that our current number 11 had a cracking game and the game was won by our current left footed wonder winger. R.I.P. Speedo you will not be forgotten, every leeds fan will remember today.

but <applause> anyways

After a day when the 'Wall showed that even for them there are some things bigger than the result, your comment against Benwall sums things up nicely. Was there any Deptford-inspired iffy singing yesterday, or were they really 200 little angels who only came to pay their respects?

What's all the fuss about Gary Speed for, was he your greatest player ever or something

No, but he was a hero (or many would say legend) of our club. I know you probably don't know what it feels like to have those, let alone commemorate them, so I'll forgive your ignorant comment.

I was there yesterday and I must say I thought the Millwall away fans were great during Gary's tribute and the match. Its nice that fans from different clubs can respect each other in times like this, if only for a while until the Leeds/Millwall banter resumes.

Millwall you tools!
