Mate, I’m sure you post this sort of rubbish as a wind up. Please don’t. It’s not funny. You might get a thrill out of the reactions your posts provoke, I really don’t know. In any case just stop it will you.

I never know if you are on the wind up or not, surely must be if your talking about a lack of ambition after we've just signed a player from Roma!!

Also you mention signing a striker and then mention Whitakker, he's a RM not a Striker

Unless we win then it's all good

I just can't figure out if he's a wind up or not, as he does post positive stuff when we win so it's not like it's all doom and gloom

He just lives result by result

I would actually take Whitaker mind. Would immediately solve an issue with lack of goals from the right side. Did he sign a new contract or not ?

And Lathe only has 2 more than Isidor. Guy needs to get a grip on reality

Edit... Whitakker has 3 from 18 vs Mundles 4 from 15. Monty doesn't know his arse from his elbow

Transfer market has his contract expiring in 2027

I like him technically but I also find him really lazy defensively and that puts me off him. I think he will end up being one of these players that's a stand out in poor teams. Has the talent but I'm not sure the attitude and desire is there

RLB has got Roberts putting in a shift defensively tho so you never know

I feel like Scout has nailed this. Very good player, be a very good signing but not a perfect fit.

I’d rather we had him than Sheff United as they’ve been playing Brewster recently, so for all he’d add a bit here, he’d add a LOT to them.

Be a double edged gain for us.

Oh, and the lad scores goals, we score in gluts. We haven’t consistently finished games off.

The simple maths is out of that tub of draws, would BBD have bagged a couple goals. Probably yes.

    Be a good add.

I'd be very happy with BBD but I'd rather we went and got Louie Barry if possible. I think that lad looks to have something special about him. He looks like he more obviously plays from the left but he'll be versatile enough to play across the front 4 positions imo.

I’m with you on this. Higher upside. Cover both channels and central potentially.

Seems a really confident lad, good age. I like the idea of him.

Either gives us something extra of course.

Whittaker is right side isn’t he? His record isn’t great this season but was very impressive last season and he’s still young. People have questioned his workrate before, he wouldn’t fit here if he’s all about himself. It’s also worth noting that Mayenda has five assists and three goals, largely from the wings.

In fairness to Roberts he’s put a shift in for every manager here. If we have had a trademark since Neil arrived it’s wingers that work their socks off.

Linked to Tom Cannon again. Not sure he fits the profile of an aerially strong forward though.

I think he’d be good for us.

I think Brereton fits what Le Bris has talked about in terms of versatility though.

Given how stacked we are for options in the middle of midfield now, do we start to use Rigg as another option on the right? He's played out there before, I know it's not his best position, but might help to develop other sides to his game whilst still giving him minutes.
