no, not confidence inducing....but makes total sense, we aren't attracting a blow your socks off striker.....but if we can get someone to chip in with 8 or so goals in the 2nd half of the season sharing the workload with the ever improving Pedro, well I'll take that. I do think wing is more important at the moment
You think? Would prefer the striker permanent personally, got 2 good wingers permanent and one with potential to be. Loanee winger makes more sense to me
It's gonna be hard to get good permanents though with our league position. Just need something to see us through and then let Selles build a proper squad in the summer, when hopefully we'll be a better sell. Same thing Rosenior did.
I’d take a younger pacey striker on a permanent though, but you are right. Supposedly one of the striker/winger is a permanent so we’ll see
Puts those bold predictions that Pedro, Bedia and Burstow wouldn't get 10 this season between them into perspective, doesn't it? They've done it in half a season. I'm not saying it's great, but some people need to get a grip sometimes.
