How you are and everyone else doing today?
On day 4 of the meds and they seem to be working. Only had a couple of coughing fits this morning and slept better last night. Hoping it continues and I can be sorted for the game on NYD.
My nose has been so blocked for the last 10 days, can't shift it plus a sore throat
Haven't felt as bad as some on here but def impacting my sleep and back to work today so thatll be fun
Another rough night and headaches have kicked in now

Hopefully the worst has passed mate. Not arsed if I have a little cough but these fits of violent coughing and I limited green muscas has got to go through journey. It feels less this morning so the antibiotics are absolutely working.
I had that weak legs thing. Was ****ing grim. Also couldn’t stay in same position for any period of time cos felt like I was being stood on.
Yeah that’s exactly what it’s like for me, like I’ve done the worlds heaviest leg day, hoping this is the tail end now, bored of it
Had a cough/cold for 5 weeks now. There was a bit of a lull a couple of weeks ago, but it came back with a vengeance on Saturday. Been to docs today and was told there's 3 main viruses kicking around - RVN, Flu A and Covid and after a thorough examination she confirmed it wasn't bacterial, but I've probably been unlucky by getting 2 different viruses back to back.
She also explained that Flu Inoculations are ordered about a year in advance of when it is needed and is based on what has been happening in the Southern Hemisphere during their winter. Some times they get the inoculation serum spot on and it's 100% effective, other times it can be as low as 45% effective, which looks to be the case this year.
For all she confirmed that my lungs were clear, I'm still in pain every time I cough, which is probably down to the fact that I've been coughing my guts up for 5 weeks now. I'm lucky to get 2-3 hours sleep a night and I'm absolutely sick of of it.

That's how I was. But the antibiotics have kicked in over the last 48-24 hours. Feel a bit more like it today. Still coughing a bit but it's less green!
It’s rough mate, endless amounts of water and the sudafed got me out of a hole if it’s any help?
