Being the well oiled machine that we are, we probably paid the buying club.

 

I imagine we had options to cancel if he was banned, but we've seen enough to still want to sign him.

 

Will be like a new signing ready to tear up league 1, if he's up for it, assuming the ban only goes up to the end of this season.

 

As for Puerta, if we sign him I imagine we'll probably sell straight on for a profit when he decides he can't be arsed with league 1. Don't think Lincoln away is what he had in mind when he boarded the plane at Dusseldorf or Cologne airport.

There's been quite a few blowing smoke up Zambrano's behind, but it feels as though it's due to what he could do, rather than what he has done. I really wouldn't be arsed if we got rid as the focus needs to be on the here and now.
