Can't remember where I read it, but an article seemed to suggest he was amongst our 4 or 5 top earners......think it suggested that Omur is top of that list....be a very expensive investment to have as a 3rd choice if Rushworth stays
I'd expect that Citeh will end his loan, no point them having someone out there who's not playing, they'll prob look to send him to L1 second half of the season
https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/j...d figures from, final season in East Yorkshire. Pinch of salt of course.....but reckons Giles and Omur on 35k.....next highest AR on nearly 20k :-O
He won't have left a club playing champions league football for £500 a week. I would have thought that is what you pay for a keeper of his level.
Christ if true that just sums up our transfer business since acun came in Giles 35k per week has only just got back in our team but most of us would drive him to his next club Omur technically our best player but non of our 4 managers want to play him centrally in his best position, 2 assists and no goals. AR has played one game I think. I’m all for paying for quality players but these 3 aren’t getting in a team in the bottom 3, instead we are watching coyle, slater etc
Does anyone actually have any faith in Jared Dublin to get it right? He might talk a good game but the summer window was a mess and his time at Stoke wasn't successful either. He's clearly got very good player knowledge but doesn't seem to know what's needed to build a good side at this level.
Yes I wasn't disagreeing mate just confirming it is likely true about Racioppi as he is a pedigree keeper. Rushworth needs terminating and anything left from the cost of that investing in other areas. We have two top keepers for this level on our books and a decent 3rd choice option in Timothy.
It would depend on whether the other club wants them and whether the player would want to go there. His company has a 74% stake in Maribor, he doesn’t own Fenerbahce, he’s just the vice president there.
I think he very well could. A lot of Man City fans think he's the next Cole Palmer, and can't understand why he isn't getting game time with them.
Im no expert But he had 2 very good seasons with sheff utd In the champ and prem Id love us to get him but theres probably about 24 clubs that want him
Man City’s problem has always been that they buy World class players, so when a youth prospect does develop, it’s almost impossible for them to force their way in unless they’re unbelievably good, like Foden or Rico Lewis. I can’t imagine how much value has departed that club having never kicked a ball for them. Same goes for Chelsea.
