Sorry mate, but you post half a story on various threads then disappear. If you have something to get off your chest about the club and how it's ran then spit it out rather than post half a story. Sorry but it's not the first time, you have inferred you know loads then not actually said what you claim is fact
Nah just think you’re making it up - or parroting someone else who is making it up. It’s as clear as day why Aouchiche isn’t getting game time. RLB doesn’t fancy him. It’s why he couldn’t even praise him for his cameo the other night without criticising how he ‘unbalances us’ - and why he previously binned him off from Lorient after barely using him.
Aye standard Bob stiring things then acting like it's Facts. Adil got plenty minutes last season when KS was here, RLB didn't fancy him at Lorient and clearly doesn't fancy him here currently
Then 9 times out of 10 when questioned says its his opinion! I like Bob when he is talking football but when this conspiracy nonsense comes in it is difficult to follow and even harder tk believe.
I think it was probably the defensive part of his game that has resulted in that. If he's been working on that (played deeper in some under 21's games) then maybe that's why he's starting to get minutes.
Samed to feature at the start of next month For me get him off the books or keep him around if the finances are negligible, I’d imagine they’re amicable considering we’re essentially rehabbing a player. at the very least I’d be wanting another midfielder in January and not a kid. with sameds injury precariousness and brownes injury I think it would be negligent not to bolster the midfield in January
I agree with adding but there's still a whole second half of the season Samed can contribute too, he is also a very high-quality player going off what he's done so far where he has played. A lot of people are actually quite surprised he's even here to begin with
Salis Abdul Samed & Ian Poveda Sunderland injury update SALIS Abdul Samed is a week away from being ready to start full training with Sunderland, Regis Le Bris has confirmed, with the midfielder expected to be ready to feature at the start of next month. Sunderland will soon be boosted by the return of Ian Poveda, which is timely given Tommy Watson's injury setback. With Watson and Romaine Mundle both sidelined, Sunderland are short of wingers but Poveda, who has endured a frustrating few months since his summer arrival, will be available to play a part in the hectic schedule between now and the new year. "Ian trained with us this [Thursday] morning, so he should be ready very quickly," said Le Bris. https://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/sport/24791324.salis-abdul-injury-update-return-timeframe/
It’s tough with Samed as fit he’d be one of, if not the best player in the league in that position (Souza be close). Dead signing so far but could be absolutely massive second half season if fit and also fresh.
Good read if people are worried about Samed's ability and if he will be able to get used to this league. (He shouldn't find it much of an issue btw) https://founded1879.co.uk/player-insight-what-can-sunderland-expect-from-salis-abdul-samed/
I know we didnt see a lit of minutes and hopefully he proves me wrong but Poveda was one of them players that to me looks like the ball is always just out of being under control, always seems to be reacting to the ball rather than the ball being controlled by them! Poveda probably just never got going as I'm sure it was said this and beating a man was one of his strengths? The player who I feel this the most with is Jewi! As much as we saw him makes mugs of some players including the Southampton match for the assist to Rigg I think it was I always felt like he was never in complete control of the ball? The old dog with a balloon analogy!
To be fair to Poveda he was in the process of recovering from injuries and trying to get match fit, you'd assume things like close control is one of the things you'd see improve as he gets fitter and stronger.
