Wonder who internally is considered good enough to fill that position. And, if they are, what are they doing here in a more minor role instead of doing a higher grade job elsewhere?

We have a head of recruitment and Acun already said Beri Pardo is Director of Football, so beyond being a figurehead working as a go- between Acun Medya and the footballing investments what did he do at City day to day that's so senior it cant covered by mere mortals in existing roles?

Ultimately it's down to the owner whether he believes he has the human resources he needs internally, or do you know better?

You are making assumptions. Be interesting to see who he replaces him with and what, if anything, they bring to the table. Though, even though he came across well, not too sure what Tan brought.

It's already been reported that there are no plans currently for an external replacement and the role will be covered via an internal reshuffle, as has previously been stated both here and HDM.

That's not an assumption.thats based on reports.

I know. I said it will be interesting to see who he appoints and what they bring to the table or do differently or better than Tan. Though, as I said in the previous post, I am not too sure what Tan did exactly.
