Watching my girlfriend, now wife, happily swallow down oysters with a smile on her face in an early date was the probably the moment I knew she was a keeper.

You can fill in your own explanations as to why.

She's got a snot fetish and you had a bad cold?

Roll mops, fuking love em

Crab sticks too, with some thousand island dressing

And I don't like real crab either<laugh>

Probably because there is no crab in them lol...it's processed sludge...

Crab sticks are also known as imitation crab or surimi. They are a highly processed food that mimics the flavor, color, and texture of real crab meat.

Crab sticks are made from a combination of minced fish, egg whites, starch, sugar, salt, and other additives. The process for making crab sticks is complex and includes the following steps:
  1. Start with frozen fish: Begin with frozen fish paste
  2. Blend: Blend the fish paste with ice, oil, and sugars to create a thick, fragrant mixture
  3. Season: Add sugar, salt, and other seasonings to the mixture
  4. Shape: Use a machine to squeeze the mixture into thin, evenly sized sheets
  5. Dye: Mix edible dye with the mixture to create a red color
  6. Apply dye: Apply the colored mixture to one end of the sheets
  7. Pull: Pass the sheets through a pulling machine to create a texture similar to chicken meat
  8. Roll: Roll the sheets into round sticks
  9. Wrap: Wrap the freshly rolled sticks in a thin film
  10. Cut: Cut the sticks into evenly sized small sticks

Pretending I don't recognise people who I don't like. I have pissed off loads of ****ers who have said hi to me when I reply "sorry, but I don't know you".
If they remember my name I simply deny that's me.
The confusion and annoyance on their faces is so <laugh>

Mrs RCL says she really hopes I don't take a dislike to her

Do you have a crab stick man comes round the pub?

I'm going back a good few years (decades even) but was the highlight of a Friday night when the crab stick man came round the pub on his round when you'd been out since straight from work.

Good times.
