Boris Johnson could never answer a straight question... and struggled with confirming the number of kids he has ...... and the cold fact is that the monies spent on track and trace have never been accounted for - but are the subject of a future enquiry that Labour has pledged to undertake... and, given their massive majority in the House of Commons, should only be a matter of time in coming ... something we will all welcome, I'm sure...
