Clearly after some experience in the middle of the park after the injuries they’ve picked up.

Another really poor subs bench, then.

I thought that was the consensus anyway? He may return to training before the end of the season but his injury was horrific and considering his injury issues I'd imagine it's both a physical and mental recovery for him. I personally wouldn't be putting any pressure on him to return before the 25/26 season, just asking for him to get injured again if he's rushed back.

Yeah, get him fit enough to join in pre season training from the off would be the best for everyone imo.

I noted on here a while ago that we won't see Huggins this season. It's highly likely this will be the case.

Not sure why we signed that CDM mind. Not going to get into the team till Christmas. May as well waiting till Jan or not bothered. No option on it either. Wasting a wage.

They thought Samed would be available earlier than he will be.

Can't really argue against this, he's gonna have to be class when he gets fit

Except medical conditions don’t stay constant. The prognosis on 31st August could be different from that a few weeks later after subjecting the injured area to some strain and work load, it’s not an exact science.

It's been a poor decision to sign him. There is zero doubt about that.

Do you not agree? We don't have an option on him either.

If he comes in and is absolutely **** hot from the Christmas period on having familiarised himself with the place, the squad, the coach and the system then I would suggest there could be some doubt that it was a poor decision to sign him.

I’ll wait until I’ve seen him play. May see enough in half a season like Jan Kirchoff coming in under Allerdyce. Not every decision works out and think the club has enough in bank they don’t need calling out on this one just yet.

At this point that's spot on but who's to say what he offers when he does offer it.

Could be our best player in the back end of the season. Just too many unknowns ahead.
