20% of the season gone-Has Liam Manning been a improvement.?
Do you want him to stay or do you want him gone?
We struggled at home this week against two teams that have struggled all season in Sheff Weds and Cardiff -Cardiff having the worst stats in championship history for the start of a season.

Liam Manning stay 16%

Liam Manning go 55%

3 to 1 want him gone,

The truth is none of us know for sure, and yet you keep saying things as if they are fact. Obviously there were times he wasn’t able to be there, operations, doctors/surgeons appointments etc, that’s the same for all of us. That’s not a reason to get rid of someone, even a manager of a football club.

Nail on the head-all will be revealed by Nige has a gagging order for 12 months.

He was always there even with crutches i was told.
NP did an ok job nothing more imo.. you make him out to be much more than he was.. so disappointing being there was so much hype about his ability.. was lucky to be offered such a contract with the start he had.. was given time and benefit of the doubt to sort us out and improve us. Failed imo.
I think we need to be as patient with LM as we were for NP..

ok so sacked but this is the nice bit of the sacking, the thanks for, and using the results as a "universal excuse" I dont think on results he should have gone..but he was getting a little to agitated with the board... which I believe he did at Leicsester!
GOOD REVIVAL OF THIS ARTICLE Wiz :emoticon-0148-yes: ... other "interviews etc" added to the reasoning!

Nigel Pearson sends emotional 198-word message to Bristol City fans after sacking
“Dear Bristol City family, I would like to thank you, the fans, for your patience during a difficult period when COVID and changes have tested your resolve. I have been made so welcome in Bristol and the beautiful county of North Somerset, a place I simply adore...

“To my dear friends and colleagues at the training ground, and stadium on matchdays; thanks for your support, professionalism and humour, especially during difficult times...

“I’ve always hated workplaces where there are pecking orders, so to be with so many people who just get how important fun and support is, to obtaining meaningful output, has been simply brilliant. Sorry I’ll never make a Christmas do...

“To the players, thank you for the journey. Some have been present throughout, some for a short time, some no longer at the club, but all have played their roles. To the senior players; you are why many of the emerging stars will be so special. Always remember this...

“Thank you, I will see you in the Mendips, on the levels, and occasionally in a pub or two. My family and I have been so touched by your support. Take care, and good luck. Cheers, Nige. X”

Bring the man back let him finish the job. Jon boy eat humble pie the man was turning the club around we the fans could see it-we were as one- the **** show he inherited was sorted by him-crazy decision as the majority of us said.

Is Nige's record worse after the same number of games? If not, a pointless comparison
Context, when NP took over we were in the sh!t, and sinking fast. When LM took over we were top 6 squad (according to hirearchy). And have since improved the squad buying in the players and positions LM asked for. There is no comparison. NP was also near to being sacked after the WBA game due to our position in the league, but he pulled it around. if we drop that low again,LM should go.
