As I said, looks like he thought he would beat him for pace. He thought wrong.

He didn't have a choice. If he went goal side he had to around Moore as he was already in front of him so was always going to lose that race

Great opportunity for Walter to get his first win tonight. If he's as good as the owner states we should have plugged the counter attack vulnerability in our defence. If not then he's got to go I think. Apologies if I'm not replying to people am very busy currently, even if I don't agree with people I respect all Tigers fans views we all want the best for City

I really want him to do well but it's difficult to see how his style of play will bring success in this division. The new players need time to settle in but I don't think he'll get it with this eccentric and impulsive owner. I'm obviously hoping for a win but if it's another loss I hope it's clear cut tonight and also the next match so we can move on early while there's still time to try and fix yet another bad appointment.

As always the future starts now.

The first 3 games, I'm thinking that's ok - new manager, new system, we didn't lose, but looking back we were mostly second best and didn't look convincing at all.

The last 2, I'm thinking that's ok - they're both probable top 6 sides, we've new players who certainly aren't bedded in yet, but looking back, although there were a few promising signs we didn't look like getting much out of either game, and conceded 3 unnecessary and frankly stupid, goals.

So Stoke on a wet/dry Friday night in September. It's winnable. We need to take at least a point. We need to score (preferably first). We need to see signs that Walter's approach is starting to become second nature and, more importantly, having a positive impact.

The future starts now.
