if you’re good enough…..Wayne Rooney…Micheal Owen both made their prem debut aged around 16….

He's supposed to be a striker, that's what the club bill him as anyway. When he's come on as a sub he's towards the top end of the pitch.
 
Someone I was talking to the other day was raving about a new lad in the 21s, I assume hes on about Brown or Carter?

There are rules surrounding emergency loans for keepers. It's how Ingram went to Luton outside the window for their playoff campaign, but I seem to recall they were prevented from signing an established one from a higher league.

Obviously? Surely if we have a great season off the back of Rushworth doing well we'd be pushing hard to get him on a permanent, otherwise what's the plan - use one of Pandur or Racciopi next season after clearly identifying they aren't good enough?

Because Brighton value him very highly and they have home grown quotas to fill in the Premier League.

It isn't that they aren't good enough, they just want three top keepers to fight for the number 1 spot. I don't think any of them have done particularly badly from what I've seen (Rushworth aside, who obviously hasn't played).

I think he clearly has potential, did very well at both Donny and Stevenage. I think the logic is that he is worth developing and possible sell him at some point if he doesn't break into the first team. They are going for the strategy of buying younger players with the hope they develop into good assets, whether advancing into the first team or sellable.

Watching the Tiger+ video's he is a real character around the dressing room also.
