Just in general - these young, English strikers come with reputations despite having scored so few goals.

    7 out is possible.
Pembele, Johnson, Anderson, Bennette, Ba, Aouchiche, Hemir and Ekwah have all been linked with moves.
If they all went then we’d need fullback competition, a midfielder, possibly two and two strikers. That said I think 5 out and 3 in is probably more realistic.

Well Bennette, Pembele, Aouchiche, Ba, Johnson, Hemir, Triantis, Anderson, Ruysn and Ekwah have all been rumoured or linked with loan moves or getting sold and feel we would need to bring a few replacement if that many go

It's going to be a busy week with alot of work to be done by Speakman

Nope id have him on the bench, he needs to learn how to play out of possession for us. One of the reasons we havent conceded is how well Mayenda n Rigg start the press for us n stop passing lanes. We press as 11 players so every one of them needs to know what to do, that's not easy to pick up

Mayenda has played well so far and doesn't deserve to be dropped just yet. The international break will allow Isidor (n whoever else comes in) time to learn how ti press as part of the team so id be more comfortable them starting after the international break

Our off the ball play on Saturday was arguably the best I’ve ever seen from us, I can’t remember ever being at a game where the opposition didn’t have atleast one clear cut chance, the header at the end of the first half was a half chance at best even if he got it on target it was so tame would have been an easy gather for Patterson

Out of those I’d like to keep hold of Triantis. And I’d let AA go out the last of those, just think there is a player in there somewhere.

Don’t disagree macca that’s probably what’s needed to really cement the team, just don’t think that’s how KS works. I reckon it’ll be two in three or four gone on loans.

There’s a few who can go for me, but some on loan , some for good.

Ba, Benette, Johnson & Ekwah show a lot of willing but need regular game time to develop skills & knowledge how to play in our system/at a consistently high level. development loans will show if they can learn.
Sell AA - he has a load of quality but I think he is too maverick to adapt to playing in such a tight unit that Regis is developing.
Pembele, Hemir & Anderson not up to it and can go - moving them on will be a big challenge and they may have to be loans with a view to permanent ones out.

I’d keep Triantis & Rusyn around the first team.

I think this is going to be the toughest match so far. Fratton Park will be like a cauldron and they’ll be desperate to intimidate us and spoil our perfect start. Everyone is going to need to know their job. I can see it being a backs to the wall job and 0-1 result would be superb. ( Paddy Roberts to score a screamer! )

Would be the first time in history that Fratton Pk has been a “cauldron” then.

The defensive shape Reggie has us in is so good, opposition don't even really get into good areas let alone have chances. Patto basically has a watching brief

I disagree about backs to the wall these are poor they’re just riding their luck at the minute. Defo be a hostile atmosphere but we have more than enough quality to play them off the park. Both Leeds and Boro dominated their games against them, think they only had 5 shots on target between the two games and scored 5 goals. Think if we get an early goal we’ll wallop them
