I think posters form an opinion of the relatively new posters
I know I have
However that dosnt mean I’m right
Shall I say the posters that have been on this forum since 2011 have a certain posting trait
I’ve met a few and they all are good people and friendly and good to get on with
There is a couple I’ve never met but still feel as if I’ve known them for years
I just wonder how other posters feel about our fellow posters

I came over from rtg in 2019, as many did at that time I think. I've stayed over here, it's a much more sane place to be.
I've said before on here, but a forum is only as good as the posters on it, and for that this place wins hands down....there's some cracking lads on here.

I've only ever met two people off here, @Wayne the Punk and @Oldsandy, both top blokes.

Over the years I've learned who to avoid, and most dissappear anyway. We have a good little community here, and long may it continue.

Feel like I know most of the folk on here, even though only met a couple.

A lot of the names going back to BBC days I’ve interacted with for about 20 year. Mad really.

I was on the original forum, under a different name, but still recognise some from back then. Smug being the main one I think.

Loads of good folk on here though, people you’d enjoy a pint with.

Never met anyone in person on here but I’ve shared PMs with a few over certain things. Apart from one person who sporadically posts on here, even though he isn’t a Sunderland supporter by all accounts, everyone seems to be decent.
I’ve said many times that next time I’m back in the UK it would be great to meet up for a beer or two and likewise if any ever come to WA that would be reciprocated.

The match day threads on here by RTB are a thing of beauty, the banter is good and there seems to be a good community feel to the board. Odd nut-job but some might see me that way, and thats the best way to look at it I suppose. This place is far better than RTG and the mods seem to have a good grip on things. Some nice people on here and it shows in some of the kindness shown during my 4 years or so on here.

Been here since 2011... Yes that long ago..chip in with the odd comment if I think I've got something useful to say.
No problem with most on here, there's always one or two as in life!!!.
Enjoy most of the banter and I find all I need about SAFC being an exile of sorts.
There's some great lads who keep the board ticking over and long may it continue.

That explains why you're not on here that much <laugh>

Been a member of RTG since 2011.
Joined here 2019 surprise surprise Cilla <laugh>
More posts on here in 5 years than 13 on RTG, but that's mostly because I didn't go on there for a few years.

Don't mind RTG but I find it hard to keep up on there sometimes with not being a prolific poster/logged on regularly.

Joined a Sunderland forum before there so it may have been 606. But forgot where and login details.

Was a member of a Sunderland scooter club forum. Now defunct.
