Aye. Casually overlooking that ‘paid per shirt’ kit deals are a tiny minority.

Nobody could foresee the demand for the shirt even Hummels absolutely brilliant social and admin teams have stated this.

Hummel have a bunch of deals this season as well they can’t pie everyone else to produce Sunderland shirts.

For me it’s a massive positive that they are flying out just shows that the majority remain behind and engaged with the club.

Seen a load of them round Shields.

Midfield I’d assume….


Jokes aside you are right we absolutely do not need another midfielder, unless Ekwah leaves and we want a DM in. We could certainly use a DM, but I don’t see us buying one that’s gonna play every week, which drops the calibre of targets.

I put a post on here the other day when people were saying about the away shirts selling out. Basically I said no way could they have made the amount of shirts to not run out! Doubt hummel can produce in the scald of say Nike, they have other deals they have to knocking out shirts for and they have had very little time to design and finalise 3 shirts before getting them into production. Even if they could forecast them selling like they did they probably still couldn't have produced enough.

I don't play football myself any more and I don't normally miss it. The only time I miss it is when I see photos like that. How can anybody play poorly on that pitch? No excuses!
