No necessarily, other club have signed players on frees too. Can’t see Poveda being worth much but Browne is worth £2m+ easy.

This Joffy lad sounds amazing compared to the lad we had on loan from Leeds that time.

 

I think they sold Muric to Ipswich for about £12m and Hladky went the other way for free. Quite good business for them. Obviously a bit older and no resale value but will do a job at this level and Muric sale offsets some losses
