There's a direct correlation between lack of youth services and yoot carrying weapons.

But yeah, even harder to engage those who are already stabby. Hence the tough custodial sentences for anybody carrying.

The train companies could introduce a Rioters’ Return. Includes a bag of bricks at your destination and the return trip can be delayed for 24hrs if you are held in police custody.

Just reading up on it, the guy that sent him the pics only got a year and that was suspended. That's how they caught Huw Edwards while investigating this ****, completely seperate incident, so did the BBC know this and cover it up ffs, while giving us some bullshite story about his MH.
