Thing with Jones is he didn't help himself with his ridiculous comments. Basically he may have been an ok coach, but was/is a total cock.

Interesting (and unsurprising) that the club had to speak to him about it more than once.

I still wonder how he might have done had he come in during the Summer without the huge pressure which accompanied the run of games he started with and us already being in a terrible situation.

As much as he came across a twat in interviews, it was the football we played under him that did it for me. Hoofing it aimlessly forward for 90 minutes at home to Forest will forever live with me. Find it hard to believe he was a good coach after sitting through that.

That Forest game was such a horrendous low. Must-win game at home against a team who hadn't won an away game all-season, and we played 5-4-1 and aimlessly hit it long

And yet that was somehow beaten by the Wolves game. 1-0 up against 10 men and still contrived to lose it.

Have the club publicised match day prices yet? Can't seem to find them.

Interestingly Forest appear to have returned some of their allocation as it's showing seats available to buy in 'away end'. Bit surprised by that

I find it hard to believe that a good coach would waste the opportunity of the mid season break in the way he did.

We looked even worse and more unfit than before he came in!

Thankfully I was on a flight to NY while that game was happening. I remember being in the border control queue at JFK listening to the final 15 minutes on my phone, being sure that we were about to concede and lose the game. Was actually relieved when we did because I was sure that was the end of the moron

Weirdly, instead of publishing the matchday prices for all game categories - they are just revealing them as and when there is a game for that category (if that makes sense)

Anyway, here you are - Cat A and Cat C below. No Cat B games on sale yet, so we can't see the Cat B grid (stupid)

Yeah it's a bit odd to not publicise them as a whole. They normally have a specific page for it I thought.

Cynic in me says it's because they want to decide categories on the go rather than assign each game one at the start of the season.

I would conjecture that Cat B prices will be almost exactly halfway between Cat A and Cat C.

In previous seasons they definitely did, yeah. Good point, hadn't considered that but does give them a chance to do that

Saints had a similar scheme to give kids an educational boost…presume that all died after the Leihberr/Cortese era.

I was with you on Salisu, he just gave off bad vibes (lazy defending, blaming others) when he played and Bedders was never a problem before Salisu signed.
Surprised about Ralph but he did go well past his sell by date at the end.

Open training at St Mary’s currently. No sign of Ross Stewart…

I think we need someone new in charge of “buying strikers”. Like me, or DTLW, or Fran, or someone who has never watched football, or my mum, or my cat.

Is it completely out the realms of possibility that Ross Stewart could be heading out?! I mean he should be training at least.
