Or in Hull where it was called a Diesel and generally banned as it was embarassing watching the younger generation drinking a ladies drink and falling over after 2 pints.
Had a night on it once. I was about 22 and it was with a load of my prison workmates.
Had a fair few more than two!
Woke up at home.m the following morning feeling surprisingly chipper except for the following facts:

I was stark bollock naked.
I was upside down in my wardrobe.
My bed had been made and my clothes were laid out in the shape of a body and a stack of cds had been put in a pile.
And pissed on
sadly, this is absolutely 100% true. I’ve not had one since.

If you think that this teams will not use the loan market, you're deluded...

As for Furlong, perhaps we will never know who put him in the frame... but I distinctly remember LR stating he's a lovely lad and that he had worked with him at Brighton so ultimately I suspect the question was asked 'do you want him'..?

You said nobody could survive without loans. I just named 4 non parachute teams that could challenge for playoffs without loans. There’s probably a fair few more that could survive without them as well. It’s a crap justification for over using the loan market rather than building a long term sustainable team

Let me ask it another way, would Ipswich have been promoted last season without loans...? would we have been in and around it without loans...

That's completely different to what you mentioned before. Could you survive without loans? Absolutely. Can having loans be beneficial? Absolutely.

Considering LR joined Derby in July 2019 and Furlong joined BHA in July 2019 it's safe to say you're talking bollocks.
