Also, all this fear mongering about being a Fener cast off club needs knocking on the head. While I'm sure we'll take the odd player from there so far we've signed players from Luton and Leeds, both young with solid championship experience and pedigree, and been linked with Yokuslu (Champ club), Moore (Prem), Hughes (Top L1 talent), Min-kyu (Young, top performing in league, low value risk) and Stansfield (prem loan with Cham exp).

Loans seem to be McAteer (Young prep loan with champ experience) and McConnell (Well regarded Prem loan). Simons might have changed the approach re McConnell.

The two Fenerbahce players with seemingly the most weight behind the rumours are Crespo (would improve the team) and Mor (needs to fulfil his potential).

While I'm not happy with the pace of things it does seem like we're sticking with the approach of last summer and January. Young, experience British based talent with a sprinkle on international gambles/risks.

Clubs have known all along he's available, don't let stupid click bait reporters try and make out like it's a shock to others and they suddenly want to bid etc
It is frightening how many people dont understand how an agent works. Do they also think estate agents selling a property just contact one potential buyer at a time keeping it really quiet so as not to start a bidding war?

Apparently you need to guess which house is potentially on the market, make an offer, then the estate agent will advertise it to make other potentially interested parties aware

For anyone feeling really pessimistic they've got us 40/1 to finish bottom.

I'm usually over optimistic. I had over £100 on us to go up last season put on at various stages through the season with different odds but was going to put money on us going down this season but there just isn't any value in those odds

Even though I think we’ll struggle I don't think it will be bad enough to finish bottom

After 424 pages of largely inane drivel it looks as though this thread has finally ground to a halt.
RIP.
