You were asserting that he put his colleagues in danger, what sort of society are we that leads to that, what does that say about us, regardless of what the copper did. I think you've misunderstood what I'm saying. The guy is already down because he's been tasered, he's incapacitated and he's not going anywhere. All the copper needs to do next is move in and cuff him. But by kicking him in the face and then stamping on his head, he's inflamed the situation and you then see people getting agitated and trying to rush in.
The other coppers then have to start pepper spraying them to keep them back, and he's put them in a position of more danger by inflaming the situation.
I'm not making excuses for their behaviour, I'm saying that the Copper will be trained to deal with situations like that to de-escalate aggressive behaviour, but his actions have contributed to further to it.
