I hate the rich robbing ****s, if I had won £190 million the other day, I would give most of it away, thats why I could never vote conservative. I would also buy us a goal machine
Not a massive fan, watched him for chelsea u21s and he didnt really stand out. He is quick but struggled to beat his man in the games i watched and end product wasnt great I thought he could be turned into an alright LB as he was strong quick and got up n down the pitch well Havent seen him for 2 seasons tho so might have really kicked on
We’ve got enough wingers who need time to develop for me, we either need Roberts to find form or improve on the right hand side minimum, ideally keep Clarke if not millar would be fine
We shouldn't be signing any left wingers unless Clarke goes. We already have Watson who we need to be showing a pathway to. We have spoken a good game about "pathways" this week in regards to Rigg's pro deal. We need to show that he's not a one off.
Probably not but he's at best 3rd choice at the moment. Bring in another left winger without selling / loaning one out and he's 4th choice at best. We're overloaded.
I dont think he is, hes either unplayable or nonexistent - common for young wingers Needs to learn the out of possession stuff before he stakes a claim for the 1st team. I think he is prime candidate for a loan move, think playing against experienced fullbacks will do him tbe world of good
Even if Clarke goes we'll be left with Mundle, Ba, Aouchiche (my guess is he'll play wide under RLB), Bennette and Rusyn who'll be competing for the left wing spot. Some of them will also compete on the right, of course, but it's a long way for Watson to get minutes next season even if JC leaves. All bets are off if he impresses, though.
That a new contract for Ekwah? https://x.com/SunderlandAFC/status/1809183945424027829?t=qwcApnVDVuSah4KGpyLEbA&s=19
Could be, I just assumed it meant he was 'locked in' to a new deal. All the contracts with the academy lads have probably made me go contract daft
