**** line up. Normally have the bands mapped out I want to see and make sure I am ready to watch or go (if I am there)

So poor this year. Depth is lifting.
The years with **** lineups were always my favourite. Less hassle and need for an itinerary. Some of the best times at Glastonbury were due to events I just stumbled across. Hardly ever spent any time near the Pyramid/Other(NME) stages anyway.

She IS an actress, everything she does is a role IMO, her video for 'only love can hurt like this' reminded me so much of Amy Winehouse, I think she's very talented when she plays a part, but probably misunderstood.

That's a very good point.

She reminds me of Robbie Williams who simply does a series of impersonations ...

... Elton John, Frank Sinatra, etc.

Neither seems to have any originality which is fair enough, they both do well but it's a bit like karaoke for me.

Not long in from Dad's taxi duties, and playing doctors, but now set for the night.

Looking forward to Fontaines DC later, but just watching a few highlights at the minute.
Will have a watch of PJ Harvey's set later or maybe tomorrow.

One I'm looking forward to, and I've no idea why, is Sleaford Mods. Strange duo: one presses "play" (quite literally), and the other shouts over the backing track. Strangely good.

Karaoke indeed, for Elton John see Liberace, for Sinatra see Bing Crosby, everything is an impersonation of something that's gone before, with a little tweak or two.
