Think we need to remember that any stats that appear "poor" or "negative" are for a team that was struggling in a higher league than we are operating.

Interesting one , a quick read and pretty bad translation from French suggest he is very much like a performance director, seems to have had a lot of involvement in setting up coaching and development structures at lorient in partnership with Le bris.
Le Bris does mention the bloke is very much a mentor to him
