Then we hire Cifuentes or Maric as head coach.

They thought they had will still tied down until a couple of weeks ago when he had his head turned hardly the club fault for that

It’s not a static market though is it? Folk who were willing and/or available 100 days ago may not be either 10 days later. We’ve seen that with Still and Rosenior apparently. So you can plan and make contact etc whenever you like but when it comes to signing on the dotted line there are a myriad of factors that can change the landscape.

Again mate....assumptions, as no-one knows what has gone on, but ( lets assume you're right) like any business if you don't have a back up plan..highlights a lack of forethought. The entire process smacks of no real leadership. If the club, given the time they have had, had approached this vacancy with any deal of professionalism do you actually believe we would be in this situation?

Given up trying to actually make your point and go personal instead. Classic deflection away from the actual point.

120 days with no permanent manager, anyone can see that is an issue. Its dragging on and on and that isn't good enough.

You'll stick to your guns, fair enough. I think you're overwhelmingly in the minority on this one though.

Should we a bit worried that we've heard nothing from the club about Chris rigg, the contract should've been sorted way before now and just ready to sign today

Respectfully, you and I will have to agree to disagree. This whole debacle is utterly unprofessional. You can flower it up and make excuses all you want, but no-one will ever convince me that this has been anything else but a total f uck up. I sincerely hope they appoint the right guy, as a supporter of the club all I want is the best for SAFC

he waiting to see who head coach is first longer we take more chance we lose him

Regardless what the market is like ( I assume you're not involved in football recruitment and therefore know as much as I do) 120 days....yes 120 days...not 45 is long enough to research, interview and appoint a first team coach for a mid table 2nd tier football club. We are not a special case. The amount of countries where football id played, you're actually telling me there is not 1 manager that we could have appointed in that time frame. The amount of money we spunk on agents, I'm pretty sure we must have collated the names and stats on a few potentials.....but as I said below, with our approach on this role, looks like not.
