I know this will likely end up with me looking a fool after Germany smash Scotland 3-0 and go on to lift the trophy on home soil... but I think we could see Germany slip up tonight and really struggle for the remainder of the tournament. They've had some very dodgy results in the past 2 years and their squad isn't exactly littered with quality.

Yeah they're no where near the team they were but they seem to have turned a corner recently results wise I think and home soil is a huge advantage. I wouldn't be shocked at all if they made at least the semis. Good outside bet of winning it too.

Yes. Only the captain can approach the referee or, if the captain is a goal keeper, a nominated player.
Trying to stop the surrounding of refs and yellow cards are supposed to be issued against players that break the rule.
