I didn’t say there was one, I just think the Sunderland echo have been a joke for a while, copy and paste. The northern echo are another copy and paste job.

Has Speakman actually been closely overseeing this ? It was said that KLD was with help of a consultant or something at first - rumour of Gus. Just double checking.
Surely his position is untenable now, he’s not delivering and seemingly dawdling.

KLD wanted Still. Didn't happen. Now it's back to Speakman show and ridiculous interview panels and demands.
Passed the point of giving a toss now
So the ad has posted an article very critical of the club, the club that in effect should be his bread and butter, and you think that is reason to criticise, some strange people on here.
I got that release in an email, however along with all the other info I get relating to the club from various places, I have stopped reading/listening to them. The club is giving nothing out leading to this huge vacuum which to be honest is just being filled with ****. It will continue until we appoint a head coach, it may well continue long after that so badly has this been handled
In any other business he’d have been sacked a long time ago. If I was performing the way he has over the last 12 months I’d have been gone months ago.
This manager search is just another example of him failing.

There is something else going on. Just havnt got enough detail (yet) to post it with confidence.
That would be horrendous from KLD. Going over his DoF's head to appoint a head coach then absolving himself from responsibility and throwing it back at the DoF (who it should always have been with if that's who he wants in the role) to deal with again and pick up the pieces when it doesn't work out.
Would be absurd. You'd really have to pity KS working under those circumstances....

Is this something delaying the head coach/manager recruitment then? Hazarding a guess that this something is what you were alluding to the other day?
