The Portuguese know how to cook fish, and hardly any of it is farmed. Last autumn we had a week there, ate a lot of fish, including wild sea bass roast potatoes and veg for 9.5 euros in a cafe. I love the way they cook the sardines too.We’ve got a lovely Villa , good company beer and food …… it don’t get much better
