Speakman going? Because the way Bruce spoke in his interview recently it didn’t sound like it.

Yeah, there seems to be messages to the contrary, but we'll see how ruthless KLD is come next season. I find it very telling that KLD took over the manager recruitment and Speakman was relegated to reviewing the u21 squad.

Yep, back to back 4th placed finishes in the Eredivise as well as 5th and 3rd in his first full season and first (half) season. Consistent and continuity in the job (4 years) which fits our supposed ‘long term model’

For the last time, in my opinion, Still was discounted in December as he didn't tick all the boxes, excluding the compensation payment that would have been due. KLD has led the search and I'm chilling out until he makes the announcement. Speakman will be relieved of his duties end of August once he's handed over to the new DoF.
Time for a drink before the lionesses are on.

Given that the squad had shortfallings last season, I wouldn't be keen on Speakman getting another window, especially if he knows he's going.

I've said before if Speakman is going we should install a news DOF first, then head coach, then coaches.

What if we hire a new head coach, then hire a new DOF 10 weeks later and they don't get on?
