Terrible way to run a football club. Structure gone, no guarantee the new DoF would want the head coach, a crucial summer window ran by someone who won't be here at the end of it. This would be disastrous. Norwich appointed a new DoF during the season, finished in the playoffs and the owners still allowed the DoF to fire Wagner and appoint his own man. Thats how it should be done.
