This is a list of people we would least like to manage our first team… dear God
A) happens all the time at football clubs, doesn't matter a jot.
B) is just guesswork and repeated every five minutes.
It's amazing how many times people can post exactly the same thing as if they've just discovered the smoking gun everyone else missed.

It might be rosenior or heckongbottom but to suggest there are no others is a bit silly.

So your saying a head coach or manager who goes into a club to work with a group of existing staff does not matter??

2 of them have got teams to the premier league, one is an innovative young coach, one isn’t even in the frame, one is a an overrated wide boy nob head. This post is a bit drama queenie tbh

He looks like 80s Morrisey. I'm therefore 100% on board with giving him a club record contract. Chances like this don't come along very often.

Look round all of the top clubs in Europe. Pretty much all have one or two members of the coaching staff that were in post before the current manager/head coach. Its really not the big deal you think it is.
Well done for avoiding the question because you know the answer doesn't fit what you want to believe
Dodds and Proctor staying does impact a potential head coach coming in and is a factor in who will come in thats not guesswork thats fact
just look at Beale he did not bring his team with him
