but as just an opinion i'd got for liam rosenior i'm it's not him, hull fans gutted he's went been linked with some decent jobs and is in for manager of the year,
when he took over hull were near the bottom and has left them in a much better position then he found them,
The only criticism I’d have of the club if Still goes to Lens is that we “let it” go on this long, risking a bigger fish coming in.

That’s that for me then. Unless Still is massively using Lens then I’d say he’s their next head coach.
You would like to think so. Trouble is I personally think Speakman is that arrogant and stubborn that if he wants to keep Dodds at all costs then he will. Depends if KLD is happy to go with that, if he 100% puts his faith in Speakman we're ****ed. Imo of course.

The other thing I’d add is people are quite naturally disappointingly going “well if it’s not Still it will be Heck or Rosenior”. Which is quite a natural reaction considering it’s Sunderland.

I’d be fairly content with Rosenior, not so keen on heck but if anyone asked me why I genuinely couldn’t give a reason just not a name that excites me but in the same breath neither was Mowbray, happy to see how it plays out and not piss my knickers this time
I’d be disappointed with either of them but nowhere near as disappointed as I was with Beale.
What I fear most though is the fans reacting the way we did to Beale, and the new guy not having much of a leg to stand on.
So I hope it’s a foreign guy that at least feels different and brings some hope to the fanbase.
That Still to Lens is getting closer and he’s their number 1 target.
I don’t think we’ll see a Beale like reaction but think it will leave a chunk of the fan base deflated, foreign turbo nerd is my preference too, just to try something new
I don’t think you’ll find many people happy with Rosenior like.
He speaks well and seems a nice bloke but his football is turgid. I know he’s young and can still improve but it won’t go down well if it’s him imo.
So someone higher up in the club I presume… Can’t see any reason for them to lie, what does that achieve? Hopefully it comes off, if it doesn’t then they might have jumped the gun - it seemed to happen with the Poyet and Keane rumours!
The players are as in the dark as the rest of us on this head coach appointment.
Happy is a stretch haha I could kind of see the logic in it he got hull competing from struggling but then he also spent a fair whack so there’s a good counter argument for every positive with him
