Thanks....another 10 years at this level takes me to 86 yr old. I've lived in hope since the first relegation in 1958 and the only real success has been the FA Cup win in 1973.
Looks like I'll be looking down...or up..to any future success when it comes!

Still has been number 1 target since Mowbray so he was the priority.

We've definitely been sounding out and talking to others though. For example, I heard from someone at CAA that we had asked about Dionisi. Not sure what happened or where it went but we are definitely casting the net far and wide.

Personally I wanted Svensson but more than happy with Still.

When we got bullied away to Luton and turned over? It was a good season with Amad running the show. We’ve gone backwards. Don’t wanna get into it anyway. We’ll see the clubs intentions with the head coach appointment.

He has put a lot of trust in Speakman, I’m implying he may have lost some. Unless Beale was KLDs man too and I very much doubt that. That isn’t tweaking the model Rockster lad.
I am very pleased KLD is having an input, it’s showing he cares, where others have said he’s lost interest.

After the Beale horror show KLD has obviously taken that responsibility away from KS and if its to be believed there was a foreign bloke doing the interviews this time.
There have been people suggesting KLD is a young kid with no experience in running a football club, however not only has he been brought up around it he will also be surrounded by so many people that have so much experience.
KS has a job to do but I believe KLD has complete control and knows what he's doing with the right people behind him

Like I said, I’m glad he’s doing it, but you don’t have an expensive dog and teach him how to bark. I’m very much selling this that he may have lost a little faith in Speakman. Which also gives him kudos that he can see issues and can also react to them. Unlike Short who just completely gave up the ghost

When we had horrific injuries in defence and effectively were playing with two midfielders in a key away game against an aerial bombardment away from home. If I ever suspected you had a blinkered agenda, that post proves it.

We got bullied away as we were missing our 1st choice cb pairing n our best (biggest) cf - pretty every team struggle missing those players plus our best cdm
You constantly comment on the model but it is the exact same model that took us to 6th. The same model that brought in amad plus players like evans pritchard baath ballard roberts clarke stewart

We just got it massively wrong last season. Itll take 1 good summer n a good manager and we can get promoted

Losing a one off game in no way proves there's anything wrong with the way the club is run.

Think there's a few on here in the same boat including me Calmac.
Been in these situations so many times in 60 years I just sit back and let it happen as we fans have little or no say on whatever the owner decides to do, we just go through the agony with the odd bit of ecstasy thrown in, it's the hope that kills you, over and over again.

Don’t wanna get into where we’ve went wrong, we’ll be here all day.

Let’s get a manager in and go from there. If it is Still then I hope he’s backed, properly.

Its not an understandment, it was 1 bad season - very fixable tho

The 'model' that you seem to always moan about has us on a very good footing for the future

There is no 1 way to get into the PL, its about recruiting well and having the right manager in place to get the best out of them

Just signing experience players doesnt guarantee you success, just splashing cash doesnt guarantee you success - just like signing youngsters wont guarantee us success

Its about having good transfer windows - 2 out of 3 summer windows weve had with this model have been very very good so heres hoping we get another one (plus a quality manager)
