Just been chatting to a very upbeat Leicester fan friend of mine... tells me Vardy has been on 150k a week this season but is prepared to take a wage decrease for a two year contract... court cases eh!!!

If we think Acun went **** or bust this season, from what I gather, they were in a far more precarious position.
 
I think it's all hearsay right now, they've appealed the charge so they won't know the punishment until the appeal's been heard.
 
And to think just as recently as the summer I would go as far as to say a majority on here thought Greaves should be playing left back because Macca is better at centre half.

Don't want teams knowing we've got loads of cash ala West Ham and Rice.

We've been reasonably open about FFP problems and whilst its true it also stops teams thinking that just because Acun's as excitable as a spaniel in spring they can stick another 20% on top!

We did when we knew KLP was leaving so I'd expect to see bits done earlier if possible.

I don't think it happens the same in the Championship, especially any more, there's not many clubs that can spend £4/5m on a player so it's not going to be an auction style and pretty much all the clubs that can spend that level of cash will have had a significant sale.
