It's definitely a possibility, he's too young to say with any certainty where he can and can't play but he's got a lot of the attributes for it as you say. I've honestly got no idea what position he'll end up in, could be CB for all anyone knows.
There’s definitely potential to be a centre forward. I don’t think he’s the second striker/10 though. His obvious position would seem to be the more attacking midfielder but that’s also Ekwah and Neil’s most natural position. Of those three I think he could excel there but doubt he wants to, maybe when he’s 33.
We've had a bit of bad luck at fullback as well, never known owt like it. Fair enough they signed Pembele injured, but we've got 3 of the top 15 fullbacks in the league and we can't even get two on the pitch.
On Jobe;
Don't think anyone can rule out any position from 6-8-10-9 realistically. Considering his goals this season, I think he's been poor. That's not to say its his fault, he's shown moments of class and a knack for being in a good position, or playing a nice pass.
What shocked me was his spacial awareness like Craig Gardner and his dithering on the ball too long. There's one thing being slow physically, but simply slow for the pass is a whole new issue.
I'm probably giving him little credit comparing him to Gardner because at times at the beginning of the campaign he would wonderfully pivot and turn out of people's way and make something of it.
But as the season has gone on I've felt he could've just done with being brought out the side. I now realise why he hasn't been and that's because we've had very little else to replace him with and he's obviously a very good professional with a high upsell value.

To summarise, I don't think he's cut out for the holding role or playing as the advanced midfielder just behind the striker. Hope this helps 
We've got Rigg's development to consider as well. We can't shove him out on the wing indefinitely. Do we groom him as second striker/10 or as a box to box type?
This is a major problem we have, I think we have Rigg, AA and even Jobe who could be playing for the same position.
How do you keep them happy, develop them and get the best out of them for the team.
We seem at times to be squeezing them in anywhere to give them game time and experience.
Its AA I feel sorry for the most 90% of the Limited game time he's had he's been played out of position. Every game he's started he's never finished it, even when he's probably been the most creative on the pitch
Totally agree with all of that. It's honestly painful watching how slow he is at times. I know he's only 18 but is that something that'll he'll ever improve on?
I agree. For an 18 year old, he is so slow and has zero acceleration, which is a must when playing CF.

Yep he will, its easily coachable
At youth level he would have been bigger n stronger than most so its easier to keep ahold of the ball for longer as he over powers opponents
He is such a talent, yes hes had more games bypass him by than not this season but i think he will have a big big yr next yr
Rigg will be a CM next season
I hope we go more 433 next season - jobe neil ekwah rigg all suit the box to box role. Neil can play the CDM role really well but id like a more experienced player in there to free him up more

In my opinion Rigg is the better of the 3. I would say next season he will play as a central midfielder, maybe on the right of a 3. Personally I think Jobe might well be best being coached as a 9. I like his movement in the box, I think he is quite instinctive in there too. Wouldnt surprise me if he ends up as an old school 8 though, he is a powerful runner with the ball. Adil is the one I least sure about, personally. I lile him technically, and he is busy and involved. I do think for every 2 or 3 good decisions there is a bad one and out of possession he isnt switched on enough. Dont get me wrong, I would love to coach him and he stays here for me, I just wonder if he might end up the bridesmaid in terms of nailing down a position in the side. I think he is a 10, but will we play with one regularly? We look more aligned to base ourselves around a 433, but lets see.
I think that's the biggest problem for Adil, he's definitely a 10, like you say most of the time we don't play with one

I think he does a lot of chasing and harrying, and that is laudible. Some of it though leaves gaps elsewhere, usually where I suspect a coach would want him to actually be. When he has gone into the wrong zone chasing it and doesnt have a positive impact we can get exposed. That is my issue with him. He isnt alone. Ba does it as well, I have seen Mundle to it too. Rusyn is a bugger for it. These are young players who are still learning and technicians like Adil sometimes take longer to learn how to be part of an effective side out of possession.
I was watching Arsenal earlier. I was ultra impressed in the first half at their shape out of possession. A massive amount of discipline was involved. I sat there applauding the coaching team for the job they have done to create that. What Arsenal do is control the spaces when out of possession. That means you dont chase the ball, you chase the space. It is like watching sheepdogs work. They arent chasing one sheep, they are trying to manouvre them into a place they dont want to be. This is something I see some of our players doing, but others being too keen to be able to do. I have a feeling Mowbray was trying hard to do that with them, and Beale certainly was, but it only takes 1 or 2 players to break ranks and you are easy to play through. This is what I see in Adil.
Like I said I would love to coach him. There is a technically lovely footballer there. I would really simplify the game for him in terms of how to impact the side much more, he could do it I am sure. Lets see what Maric makes of him and as always I could be totally wrong.
Putting the ball in the back of the net is the hardest thing to do in football. Jobe has 7 goals this season and he's only 18. This lad could easily be a 10-15 goal a season player from an attacking position. Whether that is an 8, 9 or 10 remains to be seen, but I wouldn't use him as a holding player.
Out of the 3 that are vying for those roles, it's Adil that I'd prefer to sell if there's a choice. He's a good player on his day, but I just don't get the feeling that he's ever going to be a consistent player. Jobe and Rigg could both be decade long Premier League players with the right support.

Maybe if we actually played him in his position he would know the role more. I'm not surprised he leaves his zone when he's being played as a striker, which he is not. Still offers more in and out of possession than the majority of our attacking players and it's a joke he's only been given 1003 minutes this season. We'd have more points and a better overall side if he had a similar number of minutes to Roberts, Ba, Jobe.
