Just watching this lads video from the game yesterday.

Skip to 6:10, just before their red card is that not a penalty to us? Styles gets cleaned out about neck height from behind. No mention of that from Corberan or their fans though.

Blatant red, gets taken out from behind and nowhere near the ball. Clumsy as hell.

Meant to say blatant pen btw, probably card worthy but not necessarily a red.

Bring in a new head coach and Dodds role changes doesnt it, he will no longer be making the calls.
Assistant coach ?
He's had mixed results the times he's had to step up. But mostly good.
I think he's turned around what was a very poor spell since Mowbray was sacked and Beale came in .

We're 3 years into a 5 year plan and I think the next appointment is crucial to that. Dodd's might get his chance again. I'm just not sure now is the time .

I know a lad 22 y/o who done every league game last season. 46/46. Not a pot to piss in but he’s there. Hero.

This is a part of an email a mate sent to the ticket office as a thank you ...

... considering our geographical location our support is really top class.

"There were, as you’re aware, some issues early in the season, however, we overcame them together and we’ve overall had a very enjoyable season, again, travelling to all 23 away games this season in varying numbers.'

Having a great laugh this morning listening to one of the WBA podcasts where they are telling me that Ballard "bought" the 2nd booking for Asante because he's a "cheat" and how it was a natural reaction for Asante to "stretch his leg" to try and win back the ball.

They really ****ing hate Ballard :emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl:

In real time I thought it was a bad first touch and an instinctive challenge ... idiotic but not malicious.

I've watched the highlights a few times and, sadly, it was deliberate and, I expect, something their players had in their minds before the game kicked off. My suspicion is that their manager had done 'an Ainsworth' and wound up his side as Colback had been wound up when he was sent off.

Hilarious that both ended up handing Sunderland the game, they really need to drop this now tbh, all a bit silly.

Worst one was Jed Wallace. Came on and within 5 minutes he was booked for trying to injure Ballard. And that's their club captain.
