Another farce. I assume Forest will appeal, so as we approach the end of the season, the teams around them will have to ensure they plan in those lost points in the scenario they maybe reduced or given back.

Looton v Everton in May. You could have a situation where they don’t know whether to hold onto a point or be desperately going for three because another team may or may not be given 1-4 points at some random point in time.

It's worse than a farce.

The latest date for an appeal hearing is May 24th...a week after the season has finished.

So we could witness the bizarre spectacle of a team getting relegated, awarded points 'posthumously' and then another relegated instead.

It will feel like a 5-day long VAR check for Luton, Everton etc.

You couldn't make it up.

I don't know what the answer is to it. Maybe all points deductions to take place the following season after they were issued?

I'm sure that has happened to some EFL clubs previously, Derby I think were one of those clubs?

I don't really like the idea that teams escape relegation because point deductions were issued to other teams, to escape it for that reason, means they were shhite anyway. If it's all done at the start of the following season, it seems a fairer playing field, Afterall, the offences I assume were not commited in the season they were issued, so why not wait another six months in Forests case.

This can’t be allowed to happen again. Points deductions during a season is madness. They should all take place during the summer then at least everyone knows where they stand going into a season.

Its so arbitrary too.

One is 4, one 6 one 10. Its all random, made up on the spot.

Leicester will be getting their point deduction in the summer.

if not, will it be kept until they get back into the PL?

i would have thought 6 set the standard for a rule break, especially as it was more than Everton. But as you said, it’s just made up atm.

I can tell you are still crying over getting knocked out of the FA Cup by Onana and the gang

In fact, maybe you are the creator of your own fate...thread about the Mickey Mouse Cup, thread about Onana, they've all come back to bite you badly. [HASHTAG]#Karma[/HASHTAG] [HASHTAG]#Fate[/HASHTAG]

Klopp said Pep is the best manager of his time. You seem to ignore that. I stand with Klopp on this issue.
Impossible because hes cheated at every club he's ever been at bar Bayern.

Mans tainted as is anything he's ever won imo
