You said Speakman is assistant academy level and he was undeserving of the sporting director job despite him not being assistant since 2011 and the jump from academy manager to sporting director is normal and a pretty natural jump.

You said Dodds is academy level despite him being around our first team for years now and Neil tried to take him to Stoke as assistant.

You ignore the work Dodds has done both at Birmingham and here which both have been successful.

You ignore the fact we were mid table in league one when Speakman came in.

I personally would but only if he implements the RB style of play which he never did at Leeds. He really wouldn't be received well though. Loves the sound of his own voice and is VERY American
