I'm not your mate for starters. Mike Dodds is not the manager or head coach here. I have already said he shouldn't be head coach here. Your original post said that he is an academy coach, that is simply not true.
So you want a really good coach kicked out of the club because he isn't good at the main role at this moment in time? I have said multiple times now he should not be our head coach but Dodds is an asset to the club.
Molde had a Sporting Director during his time there. It might have been a slightly different set up but could also suggest he's familiar with working that way.
He should be in position of where he is an asset. Currently he is like a fish out of water it's as plain as day.
If by " big personality" you mean KS won't hire someone whose philosophy diverges from the mandate KS has in the way the club has got to be run,then I would agree with you. Don't think that's a surprise, he's already been burned twice.

I think for us to progress Speakman has to be replaced. I'm not against sustainable and slow building but he is becoming a hindrance due to having far too much say and a fragile ego.
Where? They are academy level - they are out of depth at senior level without a figurehead doing the main job.
I think Still makes a lot of sense if we can get him. I'd go foreign personally. At least they can hide from the fans behind a bit of mystique and an exotic accent. Because they are going to need a good hiding place the way things are going.
Said when we sacked Mowbray that my choice was Fabian Hurzeler at St Pauli and he still would be now, unsure if he'd take the job though they are top of the Bundesliga 2 and have a 10 point gap to 3rd so will probably go up.
Football has changed, Dodds is doing the club a favour by doing a high pressure job until the summer, if we sacked him he’d immediately be picked up by a top club to develop their youngsters. You’re out of touch.
You're entitled to your opinion marra......I would point out we are in a better position than when he was appointed.
